No Abuse
Abusing our free interfaces to scrape data in bulk causing server overload or severely affecting normal operation speeds.
No Illegal Activities
Uploading or processing audio files/documents that are strictly protected by copyright, or contain any illegal, offensive, obscene, or extreme information, using our services to infringe copyright or engage in malicious industries.
3. Warranties & Disclaimer
All tools are provided on an "As Is" basis.
We do not make any explicit or reasonably inferred promises by any means—including being "completely error-free in all environments" and "suitability for any peculiar circumstances".
ToFly.app explicitly disclaims, to the extent permitted by law, all liabilities for direct or indirect damages. This means users must bear the responsibility for secondary comparisons and retaining original drafts for independent data recovery in the extremely unlikely event of accidental format corruption.

We will regularly update, replace, or enhance our existing product experiences; however, under extremely special circumstances or cost considerations, we reserve the right to restrict individual functional modules, or even abruptly remove a sub-product without lengthy prior notice.
